If you’re dissatisfied with any item, you can return it within 3-7 days of receipt for a free replacement or refund. Simply contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email using the provided contact details. Please ensure careful packaging to prevent damage during transit and follow the instructions provided by our representative.

We adhere to the following policies:

1. Returns/exchange requests must be made within 3-7 days of product delivery.
2. • Payment Return Timeline: Refunds will be processed within a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 15 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
   • Replacement Timeline: Replacement of products will follow the manufacturing time mentioned in the product details, starting from the date the returned product is received and checked.
3. All returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photos to be sent to help@anaydecore.in.
6. If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours of raising the return request.
7. Any returned item that doesn’t meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No refund will be issued in this case.
8. Ensure returned items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit. For self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
9. For orders where reverse pick-up isn’t available, customers can self-ship items to anaydecor.com. In this case, Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the form of a coupon code post quality check.
10. Customized products, including wallpapers, are non-returnable.
